General Program Support
<span>Support coordination with sub-office staff to ensure activities are implemented and documented.</span>
<span>Maintain communication with key partners such as the RMI National Disaster Management Office and civil society groups.</span>
<span>Assist in collecting and organizing program documents in physical files and SharePoint.</span>
<span>Help compile program information for donor reports.</span>
<span>Provide support for program reporting as needed.</span>
Disaster Risk Reduction and Preparedness
<span>Assist with implementing RESILIENCE activities in line with Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) in RMI</span>
<span>Help gather data and information for profiling and planning.</span>
<span>Attend relevant meetings and working groups.</span>
<span>Support planning and facilitation of emergency response exercises.</span>
<span>Assist with organizing and delivering training sessions (e.g., EHA, IDA/ISO, EFR).</span>
<span>Help plan and conduct community outreach events.</span>
Pre-Positioned Supplies
<span>Assist with monitoring and maintaining disaster response supplies in warehouses.</span>
<span>Support regular inventory checks and ensure proper storage and maintenance.</span>
Master’s degree preferably in Political Science, Social Science, Business Administration, International Relations or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or
Bachelor’s degree in the above fields with at least two years of relevant experience.
