Work Location

Headquarters Amman (Work may be on-site or remote. In case of remote work, working hours shall be aligned with Headquarters working hours)

Expected duration

6 weeks to 11 months, depending on the project, tasks, and availability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Manager, Compensation Unit, the intern will contribute to:

Data analysis (ie: salary surveys, benchmarking),

Policy reviews and allowances tracking,

Development of reporting tools, process improvement (SOPs, templates),

And overall support to the compensation team.

Qualifications/special skills

Current student or recent graduate (less than a year) in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field

At ease with numbers and data, very good level in Excel (data structuring, formulas)

Ability to organize and structure information in a clear and logical manner

Attention to detail, organized, structured, analytical and problem-solving mindset

Interest in compensation, HR analytics, process improvement, digitalization, AI tools.

Languages

Excellent command of English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Additional Information

Objective of the Internship: To support the Compensation Team in the implementation of its 2026 workplan through analytical, operational, and process-improvement activities, while gaining practical experience in compensation management in an international environment.

Expected Deliverables: Structured datasets, analytical outputs (tables, dashboards), draft SOPs and templates, and contributions to tool development and process optimization, including AI-related initiatives.

Learning Opportunities: Exposure to compensation frameworks, salary survey methodology, policy development, advanced Excel analytics, and process optimization including AI applications.
