How can you make a difference?

UNICEF Colombia currently has over 130,000 active donors and an average monthly collection of USD 1.5 million, supported by a significant number of processes related to information generation, campaign databases, and overall data management.

Four years after the implementation of Salesforce as the CRM platform for the fundraising team, it has become critical to move beyond stabilization and focus on the optimization of the tool. This optimization is directly linked to cost efficiency in its use, as well as to the identification and development of new processes, governance models, and change-control mechanisms that allow the organization to maximize the platform’s capabilities.

At this stage, Salesforce represents not only an operational system but a strategic asset. Strengthening its configuration, usage standards, and integration with the transactional and operational ecosystem is essential to maximize return on investment, improve decision-making, and enable sustainable growth of the fundraising operation.

The main functions and tasks of this position are aimed at monitoring, coordinating, and implementing critical processes of the current stage of the project, such as the API Integration project for UNICEF suppliers and the production of key tools for the acquisition and retention strategies of donors.
